| Hello, Healthy Lunchbox Issue (May,30 2008)
1. Lunchbox is the only healthy way. 2. Lets do lunch. 3. Magazine delayed. 4. Health News this week =========================================================== Wouldn’t it be nice to always have healthy food accessible? That would be a perfect healthy world. Unfortunately nothing is perfect with our world. All we have to do is make time for our health. I attended an interesting three day business networking session recently. The catering company started us with greasy muffins for breakfast, followed by fried chicken for lunch. As a very careful individual I had a very small yet cute lunchbox tucked in my handbag. I enjoyed my low GI sandwich and watched everyone complaining about tummy problems.

4. Health News and Tips this Week:
High-Carb and High GI Diet Raises Women's Diabetes RiskBlack American women and Chinese women who ate foods high on the glycemic index -- which measures the effect of carbohydrates on blood glucose levels -- were at increased risk for developing type 2 diabetes, two new studies found.
One of the studies also found that eating more cereal fiber may be associated with a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes in black American women. (SOURCE: JAMA/Archives journals, Nov., 2007)
Weight-Loss Aids Bought on Internet Might Harm Your HeartWeight-loss supplements widely available for purchase online often include ingredients that are potentially hazardous to your heart, and a new study shows the labels often don't include this warning.
