New Year means a second chance to try again. It is God's blessing as we know that some haven't lived to see 2008. You and I have, and are going to make the best of it. I will at least.

Do you want to own a website like healthfun-ps? Do you love writing or sharing ideas with others? Respond to this email, I will get back to you, Soso.

In 2008 you tried your best to make life easier for your family and friends. You succeeded here and there and maybe need to improve elsewhere. After handling a zillion responsibilities single-handedly, dont you think you deserve some reward? Don't you think you need to put "you" first for once?

" First" Plan

1. Get closer to God. Meditation has unbelievable health benefits.

2. Work on your physical wellness. Have a great diet and exercise plan and follow it. It's an unbeatable stress reliever and energy booster.

3. Work on your relationships. Building and maintaining healthy relationships will save you a trip to the shrink.

4. Have a wealth creation plan, starting with getting out of debt, budgeting and drawing a will.

5. List all your unfinished projects, whether its your hobby, business, career. You will feel great afterwards.

6. Identify a valuable gift you want to give to yourself in 2008. Work hard towards it and really give it on your birthday or towards the end of the year.
