1. Its 2008 Tomorrow!

=======================================================

Its already 2008. How far are you with the resolutions. Ag, forget those, we are making plans for another successful year, aren't we? Set personal goals to achieve success in 2008. Just get your house in order this coming year and reduce the stress levels. Here is my advise during this time of get-togethers and family parties:

If there is a family member, colleague, ex or neighbour you rather not bump into, work on it. 2007 could have been full of conflicts, misunderstandings, differences in opinions, disagreements and all those sorts of things for some of us. The result could be unhealthy resentments, unforgiveness and bitterness. Dont let that ruin your New Year and fresh beginings, deal with the challenges.

The only strategy is forgiving yourself for your own wrong doings, forgiving others for theirs and being a bigger person by initiating a resolution. Working on differences is not only right but healthy for you. Remember, forgiveness is not a feeling, but a DECISION. Do it for yourself.

Your Holiday Gift...
