It's again a change of the season madness. Everyone wants to look her/ his best. I have heard of scary diets, and all the mini-suicidal eating patterns are getting out of hand again. I made a vow to stick to a healthy diet and let my body adjust to where it wants to go. So far its the only sustainable way. read more.…
