God can Change any Situation

YES, God can Change any situation against the will of your adversaries.

"A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel’s situation might not be changed."
Daniel 6: 17

Daniel was found himself on the wrong side of the law because of his dedication to the LORD. Daniel was so distinguished that the king wanted to promote him. When his colleagues learned about this they tried to find any wrong act in him and failed. Finally, figured out that they can trap him if they bring something that has to do in his religion. They convinced the king into issuing a decree that anyone who prays to any god or man during the next thirty days, except to king Darius shall be thrown into the lion’s den.

Daniel did not comply with the requirements of the decree. He continued praying three times a day as before. As a result, he was thrown into the lions den. It is so interesting to note that “A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den, and the king sealed it with his own signet ring and with the rings of his nobles, so that Daniel’s situation might not be changed”. The New Living Translation reads as follows, “A stone was brought and placed over the mouth of the den. The king sealed it with his own royal seal and the seals of his nobles, so that no one could rescue Daniel.” In other words everyone agreed to the fact that Daniel’s situation must not change. Since the King was tied by the decree, no one else would rescue Daniel. No one else would change his situation. But we serve a mighty God. When everybody expected Daniel to die, he actually came out from the Den and made the name of the LORD to be glorified throughout world.

Maybe like Daniel, you are in a situation that looks like it won’t change. However, I would like to encourage you by saying that God can change any situation. It does not matter how many people do not want it to change. If God alone wants it to change, He can change it and He will actually change it for you. But you need to do what Daniel did. Do not stop your walk of faith because circumstances are rough in your life. Continue fellowshipping with God and trusting in him and see him defy the logic that people have known for ages. He did that for Daniel when everybody else wanted him to die. He did that for Jesus Christ. All powers of darkness, authorities and rulers of the unseen world including the religious leaders and the soldiers who were hired Jesus’ tomb wanted to make sure that resurrection does not take place. But God wanted Jesus to be resurrected from the dead and that is what happened. So, don’t be discouraged by opposition. If you remain faithful to God, He will be faithful to his promises (i.e. His Word).
