My life started at a negative health note, as an asthmatic big baby, chubby teenager to an overweight adult. My mom was always at the doctors’ rooms with the same diagnosis, “this baby is just too big, she needs to lose weight”.

When I got to university, my weight got out of hand. I tried all crash diets anyone can think of. I never reached a healthy weight until I started attending health classes after my working hours as an adult. I learnt the correct way of eating and for the first time in my life, I reached a healthy weight. The beauty is that, when you forget about the weight and focus on your health, your body adjusts to an ideal weight, look and feel.

It was after the birth of my daughter that I felt and looked very unhealthy. I tried every healthy strategy, I kept putting on weight. I had a blotchy, dry and pigmented skin. I felt sickly, stressed and exhausted all the time. I blamed this on taking care of my sickly baby born with spina bifida and hydrocephalus and raising a toddler. It was after quite a few consultations with different doctors and tens of pounds later that I was diagnosed with a hormone imbalance.

I had to learn how to deal with this condition. It was a trial and error until I won the battle. I never felt better and I have an amazing joy in my life. The emotional part of dealing with imbalanced hormones cost me dearly but I am in a better place today as those mistakes taught me a few lessons. I lost most of the weight I gained, my skin looks good and I have regained all the energy I had forgotten exists. I am also sharing in this website, about all the beautiful things I treasure. Good relationships, creating wealth, enjoying a great career and leading a Spirit-filled lifestyle.

PS: Before I forget, let me share with you how I got to have the website on a subject so close to my heart. It was when I was travelling in Switzerland, Europe, that I emailed my two friends “I want to start an internet business”. Without any IT background, I had no clue what Internet business it would be. One of my friends emailed me a link; "case studies".

I then started this site on a par-time basis, then my bigger business site And my third business site . I still don’t have any education on HTML and web designing. I am working on my websites by myself and making a living from them. It is a liberating feeling and the cash does come in handy too. I would not have done it without Site Build It (SBI) really.
