Work on your relationships with your colleagues and management. Life has a funny way of making us work with the people in our past. Your Talents Now look at your natural talents and God-given gifts. Get more formal and informal training towards the career of your dreams. Don’t focus on getting a job but rather on getting an in-depth understanding of the industry’s technicalities.
