High Glycemic Index Foods

High Glycemic index foods are those foods whose carbohydrates are absorbed fast into your system. Combining these foods with the low GI improves the overall glycemic index of your meal and makes you fuller for longer. If you can, avoid foods in this list and eat low GI foods.
