A good question is what you do to ensure that you lead a good life. Everyone can improve the quality of their life by changing a tiny area
on a daily basis. It takes small baby steps but it is worth it. Its when you strike the balance between taking care of your body,
your mind and your spirit that you get to the state of complete wellness.

It took being attacked by a hormonal imbalance that I changed my life, for the better.I challenge you to start today and make the changes that matter in your life. Draw a personal healthy eating plan and start exercising. Set goals for your career and wealth. A piece of paper is all you need. Write down what you want in life, where you want to be in a year from now, two years or maybe five years. Commit to a "me-time" to build and nourish your soul. Meditation, prayer and fellowship will help you get there. We are a work in progress. There is always room for improvement. All it takes is the starting point.

Best Idea!!!Since relocating to a new country in May, I have put on some weight. I actually thought I know better by now. Guess what? I have never been more wrong.
Relocating is quite taxing, financially, emotionally and physically. I have started investing in Pilates classes to lose the extra weight and to get a health boost.
It's a great exercise, quite efficient whilst gentle on the joints. I am also investing in a few good DVDs which I use when I cant go to my trainer's house. I actually enjoy exercising with my 6 year old son.
