Journey to Maputo, Mozambique

Life is really strange. I never thought I will be all packed, ready to leave with my family to a foreign country. Maybe I did wish to have a few months of foreignhood, to study, work or just to feel how it is living somewhere else. But staying a good distance and a passport away was not part of my dreams. But here I am, packed and on my way to Mozambique.

Every minute I get tempted to chicken out, I remind myself of the bigger picture. I will be able to spend so much time with my daughter who needs it so much. I can’t think of a better motivation factor. I have to do this for my family. I feel so selfless at the moment.

I am fortunate in that, I loved my job. It was difficult to leave it but I love the opportunity to make my home a really warm home for hubby and the kids even more. The bonus is me working from home, doing what I love. Building this site. You can follow my life in this page.
