The saying that "time flies when you’re having fun" must be true. I thought by now the summer issue of the magazine will already be out. I know how strange it sounds for those in the South, as they are sipping their soup in bed. This is the reality of having a global magazine. I am also in a very warm winter in Maputo, Mozambique. Still busy with the packing of my stuff. I am enjoying Mozambique, the ocean, working from home, new friends and Portuguese. More on that in the next issue.

This is a special "I love you dad" issue. Father's day is always hectic for me but this year is even more so. My dad just turned 70 and hubby celebrates his birthday on father's day. As you can imagine, I am busy planning to make this day extra special. I hope you also walk an extra mile to make dad or any man in your life feel special. They say they are not really into gifts, but we are keen on giving, and that's what we will do.
