You must eat well to look great. Vitamins A, C and E are essential to build those skin cells. Get a diet rich in antioxidants even as a teen, to look your best.

I’m sure you heard about this one before. Drink enough water to keep your whole body hydrated. As a teen you are supposed to be active, which makes you continuously dehydrated. Keep a water bottle close by to keep your body rejuvenated.

Exercise

Invest in cosmetics that are meant for your skin type and age. Cosmetics that are meant for a more matured skin are too harsh for teenage skin.

Sun Damage

Excessive sun exposure will give your skin ugly marks and discoloration. Get yourself a good sunscreen and a big hat. If you can, try to avoid being outdoors during the hottest hours of the day.
